At Brushed, we take pride in providing high-quality gel nail products to our customers. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchased items.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@brushed.co.za with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement.
